Welcome to the new DJC website.
Here’s a quick tutorial on how to navigate it and what to expect in your team registration.
Peruse the PRICES DJC 2025 tab to get a sense of the charges in registration as well as see what packages DJC will be offering this year.
Once satisfied, head over to the REGISTER YOUR TEAM tab, where you will be directed to the registration page. Please familiarize yourself with the TOURNAMENT RULES, and click on the bottom tab to proceed.
You will be redirected to the TEAM FORM page, where you will be required to fill in all your academy information.
On completion, you will receive a notification confirming your information.
What comes next?
You will receive an email with access to your personalized Team page when the Registration period ends. This will appear in the TEAM HUB.
This page will be password-protected, and only your academy will have access to it.
On this page, you will proceed to upload your participating athlete’s information for verification by the DJC team.
The information needed is:
Parent/Guardian Details (Names, Email, Number, scanned ID upload)
Filled in Parent consent form [Can be downloaded here] (scanned and uploaded)
Filled in School Consent Form [Can be downloaded here] (scanned and uploaded)
Child’s Details [Name, Birth Certificate & Passport photo] (both scanned and uploaded)
Coach’s details (Name, Email, Number, scanned Passport photo upload, scanned ID upload)
Documentataion upload is the first form of payment and will run from March to April.
The first installment of Payment will begin in April, and all banking details will be sent to registered teams AFTER DOCUMENTATION UPLOAD.
Payment is refundable up to July, where there is a non-refundable policy as highlighted Here for the Registration Only Payment plan and Here for the Package Payment Plan.
